The program is led by Southcare Inc. (an aged care and community services organisation based in Manning) in association with 38 Community Partner organisations.

Its objective is to strengthen the leadership and governance capacity of the aged care and not for profit sector by engaging young people and organisations in a sector wide collaborative approach which facilitates the involvement of emerging young leaders on Boards.
