PERTH ROTARY CENTENARY TRUCK | Special Edition made and designed by Kathryn Wackett.

Perth Rotary's entry into D9423 Glam up Your Truck Competition was the 'YET TO BE NAMED' Centenary Truck.

Description:  The paper truck is designed to commemorate the upcoming100 Year anniversary of the Perth Rotary Club, 15 April 2027.  The colourful design highlights the club’s commitment to community service and charitable endeavours.  Prominently displayed is the Perth Rotary Logo alongside the theme “Celebrating 100 years.

Pink roses are incorporated into the design to symbolize gratitude and appreciation for the club’s contributions over the past century.  The roses represent the club’s dedication to fostering a culture of appreciation and respect within the club.

Perth Rotary's registration fee of $200 was donated to the Rotary Foundation.  At Conference, the decorated trucks were displayed in the Rotary Showcase where all participants will be asked to vote on their favorite truck in the People’s Choice Award.  Congratulations to the winning entry from the Esperance Rotary Club which enabled a $2000 donation to the Rotary Foundation in their honor.

A special thank you to Kathryn for her efforts in providing a hand made truck from paper - environmentally friendly and creative.   A fabulous effort which was perhaps not fully appreciated.  Perth Rotary's entry was small, but perfectly formed.  Perth Rotary Centenary Truck has been purchased back and will be a feature of the Club as we move towards our Centennial Celebrations.
