Perth, WA — Ring in 2026 with elegance, music, and purpose as Perth Rotary Club proudly presents the Vienna Pops New Year’s Eve Gala on Wednesday, 31 December 2025 at the iconic Winthrop Hall in the grounds of the University of Western Australia.
A beloved tradition in Perth’s cultural calendar, the Vienna Pops Gala offers guests a glamorous and uplifting night of world-class music — while raising funds for a cause that impacts us all.This year, proceeds from the event will support the Salvation Army, Family Domestic Violence Unit and the establishment of the Barry Marshall Research Institute for Infectious Diseases, honouring the legacy of Western Australia’s own Nobel Laureate, Professor Barry Marshall. The Institute is dedicated to advancing research, education, and global solutions to infectious diseases — a mission that has never been more relevant.
Under the baton of acclaimed conductor Mark Coughlan this year’s concert will feature a sparkling repertoire of Viennese classics, operatic highlights, and orchestral showpieces performed by some of Australia’s finest musicians and guest vocalists. “This is more than a concert — it’s a celebration of science, humanity, and hope, When you attend Vienna Pops, you’re helping fund vital medical research right here in Western Australia.”
